Kicki Persson, AD and Project Manager at Resultify
An attractive and functional site that increases sales and enhances the customer experience. These were the objectives when the Malmö Symphony Orchestra decided to create a new website.
The assignment was given to Pixelant and Resultify. Whilst Resultify, working in conjunction with the Malmö Symphony Orchestra, assumed responsibility for the design and interaction design, as well as populating the website, Pixelant assumed responsibility for the technical platform, development of all functions and the design implementation.
At the beginning of October, the site received the gold award in the "Digital Identity" category of the Swedish Design Prize, the jury stating:
"For a masterpiece of responsive design that invitingly rolls out the red carpet for information and suggestion prior to all available artistic experiences."
"The decision to let Pixelant and Resultify provide our new website was based on a feeling. They were way out in front, show that they wanted the project and gave us tremendous confidence that they really would deliver. And the result is measurable. Sales have increased, we offer our customers a better experience and they stay longer on the site. The design price is further proof that we chose the right strategy."
”Sales of tickets have increased. Thanks to the new design and technology, there are fewer steps to book an event.”
”The site stands out among the competition. Photos, illustrations and films give customers inspiration and a sense of all the options available.”
”Getting the design and technology to become best friends is not always easy. We succeeded despite the fact that the website has many new features and technology challenges."
