— Handling of personal information and cookies
What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text-based file that contains information about your visit to a website. First-party cookies are cookies that are created on the site by us and third party cookies are created by others.
Why are you collecting information?
There are a number of reasons why we collect and use your personal data: partly to improve and customize our products and services, and partly to collect site statistics so that we can make the sites better for our visitors. The collection is based on what privacy legislation calls legitimate interest. This means that we use the information for marketing purposes to inform you about products and services from us. It helps us to know what you have been interested in, and at the same time, you will not receive marketing that is irrelevant to you.
You can request us to change your information at any time, view it, or ask us to remove you from our databases. You can click on the "unsubscribe" link in our email or you can send us an email stating that you no longer wish to receive emails from us.
What types of information are collected?
Typical information is:
- Contact information, such as name, email address and phone number.
- User information, such as how the site and our services are used. This may include IP addresses, device type and browser, and even information about how to interact with our site, such as what pages you visit and what you click.
How is the information collected?
Most commonly, we get the information because you choose to share it with us in a contact form or it is collected through a cookie. Cookies make it possible for our web server to recognize you and automatically retrieve the information you previously registered so you do not need to re-enter it, saving time, providing better functionality, and an easier user experience.
Resultify also uses HubSpot to manage content and distribution. HubSpot is using its own cookies and they regularly update their support for the European privacy legislation. Read more about HubSpot Cookies.
What cookies are used on our websites, and why?
We use Google Analytics to collect statistics about how our site is used. We store information about the IP address, type of browser, and cookie information you have chosen to share with Google.
Hubspot is used to collect statistics about how the site is used, to customize content on the site, and to send mailings — both by us directly or by the system. Hubspot stores information you have chosen to guve us, such as name, title, phone number, postal address and e-mail address.
Is it legal that we store cookies and handle your personal information?
We store cookies and process your personal information as described above — with permission from you. You give us the permission when you visit our website.
Can I say no to cookies?
You can even turn off cookies in the settings of your browser. In some browsers, you can either block all cookies, accept first-party cookies only, or delete cookies every time you quit your browser.
Please note that some services may not work properly if you choose to delete or block cookies.
With whom can we share your information?
